FAQ
category Hot Water Dispenser
Ways to descale your water dispenser:
- Descale the water dispenser by using a suitable descaling agent for kettles and coffee makers. When doing so, follow the product's instructions carefully.
- You can also descale the water dispenser with lemon juice or cleaning vinegar. By doing so, you avoid using chemicals. Fill the water reservoir with warm water. To this, add the juice of half a lemon or a dash of cleaning vinegar. Let this stand for 10 minutes and then run it through 3 times at the highest temperature. After this, flush at least 1 full water tank to remove any residual limescale and lemon or vinegar.
Open the drain plug to remove waste water. Tighten it again after cleaning.
You can remove the spout to remove limescale here too
Note: If there is water leakage at the bottom, tighten the drain plug properly
Note: Never clean the appliance with chemical detergents. This is because these can damage the appliance.
