Put the dough, sauce and all the ingredients on the table. You can bake the pizza on the spatula or directly on the baking tray.
Put some flour on the bottom of the pizza base to avoid sticking and place it on the spatula. (Do not prepare the pizza on your plate and then try not to slide it onto the spatula). Top the base with tomato sauce and the remaining ingredients leaving about half a cm from the edge. Do not put olive oil on the pizza.
Slide the spatula into one of the openings of the dome and bake the pizza until done on the stainless steel spatula or slide the pizza onto the baking tray. Topping the pizza with too many ingredients will result in a longer baking time and, for example, too much Mozzarella flows off the pizza onto the baking tray and could burn. So don't put too many ingredients on the pizza!
The baking time depends on the type of dough, the pizza toppings, the number of pizzas being baked at the same time and the location of the Pizzarette® (temperature, in or out of draft, etc.).
Under normal conditions, the pizza is ready in 8 minutes. The baked pizza is hot and is best slid onto a flat plate. Place the spatula on a heat-resistant surface.
