Try the following:
Check that the plug is properly plugged in. Turn the product on by turning the on/off button 90° to the right. Check that the thermostat light around the on/off button lights up (orange). If the indicator light does not light, there is probably a technical defect. Check the warranty conditions to see what you can do.
